Signature Group is a full service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Darien, CT. We serve both property owners and tenants, offering a full range of real estate services to assist clients with their investments.
While we trace our origins to the early 70’s, the company was transformed in 2001 with the purchase of R.S. Silver & Company by Bob Gillon and Nick Deluca. In the first few years we focused on reestablishing our presence in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. The foundation was then solidified with the purchase of our Darien office building, 3 Parklands Drive, which is also when we launched our property management division. A few years later, Signature Group expanded further by adding cost segregation capabilities and 1031 tax deferred services. With the addition of two experienced brokers, our reach has expanded to include the Connecticut and New York regions.
Our management team brings a wealth of commercial real estate and entrepreneurial expertise to the business. In addition to brokerage, we are also owners/operators of Class A office properties.
